Brian Walker has successfully represented clients in a range of litigation cases on behalf of farmers, Brian is also advisor to the National Beef Association and has successfully steered the response to the dioxin crisis leading to payment of compensation to local farmers.
Assisting Brian in agricultural and environmental issues is Finbar O’Brien and Lisa Crawford. Finbar was the first in Northern Ireland to be enrolled as a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and Lisa has been involved in the complex defence of criminal matters especially relating to the enforcement of agricultural law including cattle regulations, animal welfare law and single farm payments.
